Empowering communication, changing lives.
I'm Sim Dhaliwal, a speech pathologist and qualified teacher. For more than 30 years I've helped children, teenagers and adults grow in confidence with talking, reading, spelling and writing.

A speech pathologist who's also a teacher.
Most speech pathologists know the therapy. Most teachers know the classroom. I've spent more than 30 years doing both, so I understand not only how language develops, but how it shows up in the spelling test, the reading group and the homework at the kitchen table.
It means the work is never abstract. We focus on what's genuinely getting in your child's way, at school and at home, and I show you how to help between our sessions.

What parents say
A few warm words from a parent will sit here, in their own voice and with their permission, once we add your testimonials.

Both. I work with primary and high-school students, and with adults who want to strengthen their language, literacy or academic skills.
Both. Sessions are available in person in Adelaide, and online by telehealth across Australia, whichever suits your family.
With a simple conversation. You tell me what's concerning you, I'll be honest about whether I can help, and we go from there. No pressure at all.
I'm both a speech pathologist and a qualified teacher, with 30+ years' experience. That means I connect the therapy to what's actually happening in the classroom and at home.
